Take a peek inside the large Four Fathers production and brewing facility, located in a local heritage landmark. The oldest section began one hundred years ago as the Kribs wood millworks. Twenty years later it was the Simplicity Washing Machine factory. Today, it is Four Fathers Brewing, a premium destination craft brewery on the Speed River in Hespeler, Cambridge. Four Fathers pays careful attention to water resources at either end of production. Sophisticated reverse osmosis systems filter the water supply, and waste water from the brewing process is thoroughly treated on site before it leaves the facility – a rarity among Ontario craft breweries. Four Fathers prides itself on specializing in creative, hand-crafted beers, imaginative pub cuisine, and a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for the whole family. Take a trip off the beaten path, explore the historic village of Hespeler, and stay for a beer or two!
