2024-2034 Community Strategic Plan

Woolwich Township is undertaking a collaborative strategic planning initiative to produce the next strategic plan. Over the course of this initiative, we’ve engaged with a variety of community members to explore how they see Woolwich now and what they hope it could be in the future. Using these insights, we collaborated with senior leadership and Council to draft a set of strategic priorities that could guide Woolwich Township over the next 10 years.

As a valued member of the community, your perspective is crucial. We would love to hear from you and get your feedback on these five strategic priorities —what you like, what you’d improve, and any questions or new ideas you might have.

Please take 20 minutes to fill out this short, anonymous survey. You’ll have an opportunity to review each strategic priority before providing feedback. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be considered as we iterate upon the strategic priorities and finalize the Woolwich Township Community Strategic Plan.

Woolwich Township is in the process of creating a new Community Strategic Plan. As part of the process, we are engaging with a wide range of community members to learn about their thoughts, feelings, and experiences of Woolwich Township.

We are hoping to explore how you view Woolwich Township now and what you hope the Township could be in the future. Hearing from a wide range of community members will help us gain a better understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing our township so that we can create a Community Strategic Plan that is representative of the entire community.

As we plan the future of Woolwich Township, we want to better understand our communities perspectives on future priorities. The following questions are meant to help us understand exactly that, and will inform priority setting as part of the strategic planning process. 

When answering these questions, many of you will be coming from a variety of different perspectives and experiences.  If you don't feel the need to answer all questions, answer the ones that speak most to you and your experience. This survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete and will close on July 31, 2023, at 11:59 p.m.

Your answers will be received by the strategy planning team at the Township of Woolwich.
