On July 2, 2024, Woolwich Council approved their 2024-2034 Community Strategic Plan - Thriving Together: A Blueprint for Sustainable Community Growth.

Key strategic priorities are:

  • Cultivate long-term prosperity - We will carefully navigate the planning and development of our communitiesthrough phased and managed growth that supports environmental and agricultural
    sustainability as well as community well-being.
  • Empower communities to be adaptable and engaged - Expand tools and avenues for conversation to bolster inclusivity and communityengagement.
  • Provide effective and open leadership - We will guide with transparency and empathy, fostering a culture of trust andcollaboration.
  • Maintain an innovative customer service focus - We will be customer-centric in all that we do and continue to push ourselves to findnew innovative ways to serve the public.

These in-person group engagement sessions will include individual, small group, and large group activities to create a meaningful discussion around the future of the Township of Woolwich.
