On March 1, 2021 the City of Kitchener launched its comprehensive new online experience for Kitchener residents, including a completely transformed website and new, cutting-edge online customer service portal called MyKitchener.

Residents can find the new website at www.kitchener.ca and create a MyKitchener account on the website or at mykitchener.kitchener.ca

To give feedback on any page of the website or in the portal, look for the orange feedback button or simply email mykitchener@kitchener.ca

The City of Kitchener website, www.kitchener.ca, is undergoing a major transformation. When it relaunches later this year it will include MyKitchener, a self-serve portal, allowing you to access city services straight from your computer or mobile device.

We've reviewed more than two years of analytic data to understand what on kitchener.ca is the most relevant to Kitchener residents, how the site is being used and how we can make important information more easily accessible.

But more importantly, we want to hear from you! Whether you use kitchener.ca on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, we are building this website for you.

Click the ‘subscribe’ button on the side of the page to be notified about important project milestones and future opportunities for consultation.
