Kitchener has a growing network of routes that allow residents to walk, roll or bike across the city. To improve these, residents have asked for better signage to make it easier to connect to where they want to go.

Based on the Cycling and Trails Master Plan, we identified eight major neighbourhoods. We also identified eight priority routes to connect them. We gave each route a name, colour, and number to make them easy to identify and navigate.

Tell us if we got it right by sharing your feedback. We will then revise the proposed route network and the associated signage.
