Welcome to the project page for the planned reconstruction of Waterloo Street (Moore Ave South to Roger Street) and part of Moore Avenue South (Waterloo Street to train tracks). The City intends to completely reconstruct Waterloo Street and part of Moore Ave South to replace the aged watermain, sewers, and road structure (i.e. sidewalk, curbs and asphalt). This will also include the replacement of water and sanitary service laterals up to the common property line.

This page will be used for updates and information regarding the project work. Typically, major notices and updates will be posted here and hard-copy notices delivered to residents/owners. Minor updates may be posted on Engage Waterloo only. Subscribe to follow this project and receive updates as they become available.
