We have been having great conversations across the community over the last several months about the 2023-2026 Strategic Plan. Now we need to hear from staff, as the strategic plan will guide the City on priorities, operations, and how we deliver our services within our community.

Staff feedback will help us connect the plan with the great work we all do every day to serve the community. It will also help us identify important information we need to report on as we implement the plan. The final plan will be presented to Council in June 2023.

We have created a short survey for staff. We want to hear what you are most proud of in terms of the work you do and what areas you think the City should focus on. Staff has a unique perspective that will help determine how we implement the new strategic plan. Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts with us by April 19th! A strong implementation strategy will ensure our strategic plan allows us to remain strong, sustainable, together!
