Construction on Rossford scheduled to start week of July 4, 2022
The first phase of the construction on Rossford Crescent is scheduled to start the week of July 4, 2022. This will involve the south leg of the street from Markwood to the Gzowski Park entrance. The construction site will be set up and a temporary watermain will be installed this week.

The construction is now complete, and the project has entered the maintenance phase. This means we will inspect all aspects of the work done to ensure that it meets our standards. We will also address any deficiencies. Once this phase is complete, we will add a final layer of surface asphalt. This is usually about two years from the start of maintenance.
