Construction Update - Spring 2024

Hello Wilson Avenue Community!

There has been great construction progress with the redevelopment of the 82-84 Wilson Ave property! The following represents some of the construction work that has been completed and is underway:

Installation of 3rd and 4th floor walls
Installation of plumbing rough-ins
Installation of 2nd and 3rd floor walls for building connection to 84 Wilson
New geothermal well currently being drilled

What to expect in the summer months?

Over the summer months the following work will take place:

Exterior walls of floors 4 to 6 to be complete
Installation of the roof

In addition to the construction of 82 Wilson, there are other construction projects happening nearby that are impacting nearby streets. These projects include:

Window replacements at 84 Wilson
Roof replacement at 84 Wilson
Work on Wilson Ave watermain replacement

Road access signs have been placed to redirect traffic where required.

Anticipated Construction Completion

The redevelopment of 84 Wilson Ave is on track to be completed and occupied by Summer 2025.
