Consultation has concluded
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our public information centre has been moved to this virtual format.
The City of Cambridge is proposing to reconstruct the following streets in 2025 subject to budget approval.
Ramore Street from Gilholm Avenue to Cedar Street
Gilholm Avenue from Ramore Street to St. Andrews Street
The reconstruction work will involve replacing the sanitary sewer, storm sewer, watermain, curb and gutter, road and sidewalk. Sanitary and water services will also be replaced to property line.
The City has retained a Consultant, IBI Group, to complete the design for the reconstruction of these streets. A private contractor selected through the City’s public tender process will undertake the reconstruction.
Please review the proposed plans to the right to see how they will affect your property, institution or residence.
We value your feedback! Please share your thoughts about this project by filling out the brief survey below by December 23.
This is your opportunity to review the project and provide your comments to city staff and the Engineering consultant. We look forward to answering any questions you may have.
