Thank you to everyone who answered our survey. This engagement is now complete. Please read our summary below about what we heard and what we're doing in response.
Every year, the City of Kitchener celebrates the gardening efforts of residents and businesses who help to make our city a more vibrant and beautiful place to live through the Kitchener in Bloom garden recognition program. Members of the public can submit the addresses of gardens they admire. A recognition sign is then mailed to that address, which the resident or business owner can display if they wish.
We are currently seeking feedback to help us improve the program and make it more inclusive for all. Whether you have participated in the program before or just learned about it today, we value your input and perspectives.

Interested in gardens? Did you know you can apply for up to $30,000 for a community garden through the LoveMyHood grant? In the past we have funded garden initiatives such as traditional plot style, pollinator and food hedges, and more! Apply today.
