Staff report to Kitchener City Council on Dec. 2

We are presenting a report to Kitchener City Council on the Inclusionary Zoning project. We will share the findings of a report on local market conditions and recommend that Inclusionary Zoning begin in 2026. The meeting agenda and staff report will be posted 10 days before the meeting.
