Waterloo Council approves Four Units, Four Storeys!

Last night, at the Formal Public Meeting, Waterloo City Council had the opportunity to hear from City Staff as well as Waterloo residents who chose to share their thoughts on the Four Units, Four Storeys Zoning By-law Amendment. The team extends a big thank you to everyone who chose to delegate!

Following the Formal Public Meeting, Council voted to approve the Four Units, Four Storeys Zoning By-law Amendment.


Next Steps

  • A By-law will be presented for Council Adoption on December 16th, which will implement the Four Units, Four Storeys Zoning By-law Amendment.
