Waterloo Public Square celebration

Come celebrate the newly upgraded Waterloo Public Square!

We’re so excited to launch into the first summer of the Waterloo Public Square with all of its new features and amenities, including the permanent and moveable shade structures! Come see the Square come to life during this opening event, which will also include an Art Market hosted by Create Waterloo, the city’s arts and creative industries team. There will be handmade goods by local artists, live music and special treats.

Time: 6:30 p.m. for the opening remarks from special guest speakers, including Mayor McCabe and Councillor Wright! The Art Market will take place from 5 to 9 p.m.

Parking: Parking in Uptown Waterloo is free on evenings and weekends.
