Ahead of the Mar. 25, 2024 statutory public meeting, the proposed Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendments are now available:
- Proposed Official Plan Amendment
- Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment (85-1)
- Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment (2019-051)

On Monday, March 25, 2024, Kitchener Council unanimously approved new Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments. These enable up to four dwelling units on residential lots in Kitchener.
