Construction delayed to spring 2025

Over the last several months, we have been making progress on the technical studies that are needed before we can begin construction. This work is still ongoing, so construction has been delayed to spring 2025. We will share a more detailed update, including the final design of the outdoor spaces, closer to the start of construction.
