Single facility
What is it?
A new recreation complex in one location which includes aquatic facilities, gym, fitness track, multi-purpose rooms and two ice pads.

Opportunities to reduce facility operating and capital improvement costs by:
- Decommissioning of Dickson Centre Arena and Duncan McIntosh Arena
- Decommissioning and potential sale of John Dolson Centre (only applies to Southeast Galt and 0 Franklin Blvd. locations)
Split facility
What is it?
A new building that includes aquatic facilities, gym, fitness track and multi-purpose rooms in one of the potential locations AND upgrades and the expansion of Preston Memorial Auditorium to include a second ice pad.

- Decommissioning and potential sale of Karl Homuth Arena
- Decommissioning and potential sale of John Dolson Centre (only for Southeast Galt and 0 Franklin Blvd. locations)
