To help us address any specific issues or considerations, we ask that you please complete the Resident/Owner Questionnaire. Help us take your needs into consideration when planning the road reconstruction.

We would like to hear from you about:

• Any issues you had in the past with sewer backups, flooding, or water pressure
• What we might need to know about you before we begin construction
• If you have any plans to redevelop your property (example: severance, additional units)
• Your interest in having a private storm drain connection installed
