To get the input of residents and stakeholders on the proposed Vision and Development Principles. These will form the foundation of the Bramm Yards Master Plan and land disposal process.  Your contributions will help ensure the development reflects the goals and ambitions of our community. 

Here is how you can contribute:

• Attend the Open House event on October 11, 2023
• Use the “Subscribe” button to subscribe to email updates for the study.

The Bramm Yards development site (55 Bramm Street and 130 Park Street) is located in the northwest corner of Downtown Kitchener. A map of the Bramm Yards development site is on the project page.

To develop a leading-edge, mixed-use urban business park that would include health-innovation focused employment, new housing, a vibrant streetscape with high-quality public spaces, built using leading sustainability practices.

We will publish the community engagement findings report on the project page. This will include the key themes and comments from residents and stakeholders on the proposed Vision and Development Principles. A final report will be released on the project page.
