Kitchener: Bleams Road Improvements
Project overview
The Region is reconstructing Bleams Road from Trussler Road to Fischer-Hallman Road in the City of Kitchener. We’ll remove and replace all the asphalt and road structure, as well as install a new watermain, and asphalt multi-use pathways on both sides of Bleams Road. We’ll also construct four roundabouts at Trussler Road, Isaiah Drive, Donnenwerth Drive, and Commonwealth Street/Abram Clemens Street intersections.
A Municipal Class Environmental Assessment Study was completed in June 2023.
A recommended alternative was approved by Planning and Works Committee on December 6, 2023.
