Application to amend zoning for Beaver Creek Rd and Conservation Dr

Changes to the Official Plan and the Zoning Bylaw for this location are required before a permit can be issued. This means that they submit an application that is reviewed by city planners and other agencies plus city council before anything can be built.

Gabriella Groff is proposing that these blocks of land be rezoned through Zone Change Application Z-17-14 to permit a range of mid-rise residential buildings, including terrace dwellings (examples are stacked townhouse buildings, maisonette buildings).

Official plan changes requested include:

  • allowing an increase in the height of the building to 12 metres from 10 metres to align the policies of the Official Plan with the District Plan that allows 4 storey buildings that usually reach 12 metres

Draft Plan of Subdivision 30T-17401 and Zone change Application Z-17-14 have been appealed to the Ontario Land Tribunal. View information on these applications.

View the documents submitted by the development company under Supporting Documents on this page for more details and drawings.
