The Tender for Kingscourt has now been posted
The Region of Waterloo is now accepting bids for the construction of 416 Kingscourt. Pre-qualified contractors can now bid on the work to build the six-storey affordable housing building. Bidding will close on June 2 and then all bids will be evaluated before a recommendation is brought to Council. You can view the tender here: Bids and Tenders - ROW
