420 Kingscourt has a Builder!

On June 22, Council approved the recommendation to award the contract to build the 6-storey residential development coming to Kingscourt Drive in Waterloo to Norlon Builders, a London based construction firm. The award of this contract is an important step forward in providing a home for 73 families (with units ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms) who are anxiously waiting for affordable housing in Waterloo Region. This project will also include space for Regional Services and programming to provide further benefits to the local community.

Construction on the new building is anticipated to begin in late July or early August this year.
