Neighbourhood Information Meeting
Date: Wednesday, October 4th, 2023
Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Place: Community Pavilion, Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex
The Applicant (MHBC) is inviting you to a Neighbourhood Information Meeting to review and discuss the plans and studies prepared for the development of the lands. This meeting is your opportunity to learn more about the proposal and to ask questions or provide comments on the proposal for the applicant and project team to consider before the development proceeds to Council for a decision.
The meeting will include an open house format with a brief introductory presentation at 6:45 pm.
If you are unable to attend or wish to provide comments for consideration, we invite you to send project specific questions or comments by Tuesday, October 3, 2023 to:
