The City of Cambridge is committed to helping older adults in our community remain healthy and age with dignity. We actively engage in initiatives that address all aspects of wellness as part of our ongoing effort to promote social participation and inclusion.

This survey is open now until February 23, 2024 and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Why are we evaluating 50+ Centres?

• Your voice matters! We value your input. Responses to this survey provides feedback on programs and events at the 50+ Centres and your experience.
• The City of Cambridge is a HIGH FIVE accredited organization, invests in Principles of Healthy Aging training and to the philosophy and continuous improvement practices.
• To demonstrate value to older adults and our community.
• To ensure we meet program requirements and objectives of the Province of Ontario who fund the Active Living Centres.
