1000123305 Ontario Inc is proposing to build a nine storey multi-unit apartment building containing sixty-four residential dwelling units with eighty-eight bedrooms for a density of 587.4 bedrooms per net hectare. The proposed development also includes twenty-two parking spaces, and twenty-six bicycle parking spaces with access from Spruce Street.
Zoning bylaw changes requested include:
- reduce minimum tower separation and interior lot line distance to 6 m from the 11 m distance required for the three storeys above the podium.
- Removal of the "H" Holding provision from the subject lands.
