Repurposing the Region's Nuclear Bunker

We want to know your thoughts on how the Region's nuclear Bunker could be reused.  

This survey should take approximately five minutes to complete and will close on August 3, 2021.

On June 1, 2021 Regional Council considered the future of the Bunker and has asked staff to engage the community to see how the Region’s bunker could be used to enhance life in Waterloo Region. 

Your input is valuable to inform this ongoing discussion and the final decision about the future of the Bunker.

• Any future use will involve renovations. 
• The Bunker cannot be used for any purpose that involves overnight stays because it is in the Grand River's floodplain.
