Older adult neighbourhood programs survey

We encourage Kitchener residents aged 55 or older to answer this survey. We want to hear from both those who currently take part in Kitchener programs, and those who do not. If you are an informal care partner to an older adult, you may also complete this survey on their behalf.

Your feedback will help us to improve or create new social, recreational and fitness programs. This survey is an important step towards our age-friendly vision of being a community where we can all live well and age well.
