Recreation facilities survey

Tell us your thoughts about the spaces within Waterloo recreation facilities. Your responses will be used to develop the Indoor Community Space Master Plan and will guide how these facilities are enhanced over the next 10 years. 

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Personal information requested on this form is collected by the City under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, and will be used in relation to the development of the Indoor Community Space Master Plan.
