Highland Road and Delaware Avenue Reconstruction

Delaware Avenue and Highland Road are scheduled for reconstruction in 2023. This construction will upgrade the existing, deteriorated underground services and above-ground surface features. The purpose of this survey is to understand public support for the proposed improvements on Highland Road and Delaware Avenue. It will take 3 minutes to fill out. Survey closes July 22, 2022.
