Add your comments on the proposed by-law

We want to hear from you!  We are reviewing the existing zoning regulations to prepare revisions that support and enable additional units in Kitchener’s residential neighbourhoods. To contribute to that review, we are seeking feedback from:

• renters
• homeowners
• builders and others in the development industry 

Your comments will help to inform zoning regulations for things like parking, setbacks, lot sizes, and where additional units could be located on a lot.  

Please note that a copy of your comments and your name will be included in staff’s report to Council. Your address, email and phone number will be kept confidential.

This survey will take 5 to 7 minutes to fill out. It closes Feb. 4, 2024.
