Proposed Complete Streets Guidelines

Kitchener is taking a Complete Streets approach to street design. Our vision: 

Every street in Kitchener is safe, comfortable and convenient for all.

To achieve this vision, city staff has prepared a draft of Kitchener’s first Complete Streets guidelines and welcome public comment and suggestions for improvement. The guidelines will be used to design streets in Kitchener, including reconstruction projects and new roads. Note this does not apply to regional roads.
