Resident questionnaire

In order to help us fully understand the current and historic conditions along the creek corridor, we are asking property owners to please complete the following questionnaire. The answers will help the project team identify and consider all the challenges and opportunities we will face when determining the best solution for the erosion and flooding that this area experiences. This questionnaire is the same one delivered to homes in hardcopy. Please complete and submit only one version of the questionnaire by October 1, 2021.

Personal information such as property addresses will not be shared outside of the project team.
